Brilliant bit of kit. Saved getting a plumber out which would have cost eight times as much. Needed to dismantle parts of the u bend system but all on hand turned joints.
Once it was in bits, it took 30 seconds to clear the blockage
Worked well and easy to use. No instructions but plenty of tips on YouTube.
Waste of money, so flimsy that it’s bent and broke the rod off first 5 minutes of use!
Terrible device for unblocking drain. The wire wasn't ridged enough to allow you to put any force through it so didn't work. Went back and purchased the unblocking rods instead which worked fine.
Helped us unblock a stubborn toilet, much cheaper than hiring a plumber and unlimited free re-uses! Only reason it's not 5 stars is because it scuffed up the bottom of the toilet quite a bit, but the toilet works again now which is the main thing!
It worked but could be built slightly better.
So a happy result.
I had been trying this and that over 3 days, including a flexible wire intended for poking down blocked drains. 20 mins after purchasing this waste water was flowing again. It was able to grab the hair ball blocking the drain and pull it out backwards. The failed attempts were either trying to push the blockage through or chemically dissolve it.
As other reviewers say it is a three-handed tool.
Stubborn block in 32mm drain pipe, left the products overnight to no avail. The pipe was under a false floor (not accessible) with 1 or 2 right angle bends but after perseverance and about 20 minutes, this tool fixed it saving £££
Simple to use, after using this my drain/pipe wasn’t blocked but the coil is very long and no doubt would do the trick. A useful buy for the toolbox

Fantastic bit of kit, a few YouTube videos to learn how to get it to bend round corners and the blockage came out in no time. It's so quick and easy to use that I recommend having the priest already present and ready to exorcise the demon you pull up from the drains. A+++
Does what it says on the box. Cheap.but effective.
Does the job. I used it on a shower drain that connects to the main waste after around a 3.5 m run. There are also a couple of 90 degree bends. It does the job. Can be a bit awkward to get around bends but you eventually find a knack. Good value for money. Saved me having to pull out a kitchen cupboard downstairs.

Took u bends, washing machine hose etc all off, cleaned, no luck. Next step plumber? till I read reviews. 14.99, may as well try. It worked. Like another reviewer, I went in from u bend & you do gotta wiggle & back & forth a bit. But the whole 6m went out n back. Job done, drain cleared. Now running free. I am in a 14th floor flat, so no idea where 6m took me, but it worked. Saved on a plumber call out. Definitely recommend as a pre plumber option.
It isn't substantial enough to go round toilet "P" bend unless you put your hand in to guide it, even them once you turn the handle it double back on itself.
Ok for minor blockages in sinks and small bore pipe work.
