Don’t listen to that other guy. At last no earth sleeving. In addition the sheathed earth cable can be really handy for other uses. Also the 2.5 I also have works great with Quickwire connectors. Just be prepared to strip the CPC separately as strippers will leave it unstripped when stripping the L&N
Bought this “to see” and the description implies lighter insulation, and thus, potentially more flexible..? Whilst it was straightforward to work with, there is a fundamental flaw with the CPC insulation; numerous times, when stripping the outer sheathing, the inner insulation (which is “gossamer” thin) decides to strip itself, which kinda negates not needing to use your own sheathing (no pun intended). So it really is not worth the extra as the time saving is negated by this REALLY annoying issue. I tried changing the settings on the stripper, but this made little difference.
