I’ve always had dewalt boots for 15 years but I decided to buy the zip up version because I wanted to be able to slip them off when entering customers properties but 8 months later the bottom has fallen apart unlike the cheaper version which usually lasts 12 months, quite frustrating when I paid double the price. They are still a good pair of boots but ideally for lorry drivers who don’t do much walking. I’m guttered I’ve got to try another brand with zips
Really comfortable and easy to slip on and of with just undoing the zip
The boots are fantastic. The service I am getting from Toolstation is shocking. I just need to swap the size as they come up large and yet here we are 2 weeks later and still no help. I am not able to take them back as Toolstation refer me to a dropship company who won’t talk to me and Toolstation won’t help either. A returns label sent to me states reason for return as unwanted and I will loose 25% of the refund for restocking fees. This is absurd! Do yourself a favour. Buy these elsewhere
Size issue - had to go a size down. Refund costs are ridiculous so won’t be buying boots from Toolstation again !!!!
