There is a fence attached to the jointer that can rotate from 0° to 90° depending on your required application, and also has height adjustment that uses a dual rack and pinion mechanism to keep the fence parallel.

It is extremely user friendly, featuring an electric brake, retractable anti-slip pins which assist in holding the material in place and a paddle switch design that accommodates both left and right handed users. Adjusting the bevel capacity is quick and simple with the integral fence. This machine can bevel from 0-90°.

To ensure a clean working area, the jointer can be attached to an external dust extractor thanks to the inclusion of Dewalt’s AirLock System.
