Good sander, used for decorating and woodwork. Only major downside is the dust collection isn’t great, I found it still went everywhere and in the bag. Sanding above your head and it will end up in your eyes

I have a Bosch orbital sander but it’s corded, this one is so much more versatile with it being cordless and as expected just the feel of the Dewalt is something else.
Works very well, even a small battery lasts long. I connected a Henry Hoover, dosen't fit directly the pipe will need to be taped on. No dust escapes when connected to the vacuum.
The range of grit sizes available makes this a versatile sander. Finished my door edges nicely
Previously owned an old iron shape sander that performed well but this takes sanding to a new level. Easy to set up and use and collects dust well, battery life is good. Just wish it had a carry bag.

I’m very pleased with this DeWalt sander, did exactly what I needed it to; I thought the dust bag was pretty good, it collected plenty of dust and was easy to clean out with a blower.
The sander has good ergonomics, my hands are small but I managed to control the on/off switch whilst holding the grip. Plenty of speed selection, I found a low speed was all I needed to sand down filler. Battery life was pretty good; overall a good buy (hope it lasts).

Pretty quiet, quite powerful and the brake means it stops spinning as soon as you turn it off which is amazing.
