The Dewalt DCV586MN 54V XR FLEXVOLT Brushless M-Class Wet & Dry Dust Extractor is a versatile and reliable device for cleaning and clearing dust at the point of creation.

Incredibly portable, this dust extractor is capable of cleaning dry materials as well as small liquid spills to offer a complete solution.  Connectable to compatible machines, the dust extractor incorporates Dewalt’s Wireless Tool Control – this allows the automatic start-up and shutdown of the extractor to removal dust at the point of creation. 

Supplied with an M-Class filter, the DCV586MN has an automatic dual filter cleaning system which works every 30second to prevent the clogging up of the filter system and maintain constant air flow.  The cleaner is IPX4 rated meaning that it is resistant to ‘splashed water’ or very light rain. 

Incredible durable, the cleaner is made from 4mm reinforced polypropylene that provides high impact resistance and can easily withstand the rigours of working on site.  It is also compatible with the TSAK Storage system to allow complete connectivity as well as easier transport – simply add it to the top of your TSTAK cases, and away you go.

With the inclusion of the brushless motor, the extractor is able to provide a constant level of suction power of 24.7l/s volume and 88mbar sealed suction.  It also includes alarm should there be a reduction in performance.

The M-Class* filter machine is suitable for dust extraction when grinding, milling, sanding, planing and drilling in quartz-containing materials such as stone and concrete.  M-Class dust extractors are a minimum requirement for anyone working on sites and who may be exposed to dust according to HSE guidelines.

At the heart of this vacuum cleaner is the brushless motor that allows you to use the tool efficiently.  As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently.
