Great tool - needs to be set up to give the results you want so fence / guides need some adjustment but the result is an excellent product.
I bought this table saw a few weeks ago and I'm happy with it, especially since I don't need electricity and it has enough power with the battery.
The table saw is powerful and versatile, I needed a table saw to run in my non powered garage and this has proved ideal. Changing the blade and riving knife is painless and the rack and pinion fence gives good accurate cuts.
Generally pleased with the purchase. The fence adjustment is very good. Just three things that could be better as follows:
1) This saw has just one Tee slot compared with the DWE7492 for example. This feature would improve cross cut jig options.
2) The Mitre attachment is very poor quality and I was tempted to throw it away. I have replaced it!
3) I would like to have seen a couple of indents for say 90 and 45 deg blade settings. I use a digital angle finder instead now, but it is an extra expense and operation.
A good upgrade on the last saw, seems to be 100 percent so far not had any issues with the table saw good investment.
I ordered the Dewalt saw table late on Monday and even with a slight delay in delivery received it yesterday (Thursday). The assembly instructions are clear and well illustrated. Within an hour the table was mounted on the bespoke trolley and set up to go. The first cut was simple but proved the accuracy of the manufacture and factory set up.
Fantastic bit of kit. Lot more powerful than expected. No cables to trip over and it will cut I good width. Buy should really come with a stand!
