Great DIY saw, works very well and cuts everything I need it to. Only negative is the dust collection which doesn't really work.
I was very surprised and delighted as to how well this worked. I obviously didn’t push it hard, but then I didn’t need to, it just walked through 25mm thick timber no problem! I then used it to cut off the tops of 100mm square hardwood fence posts and with one cut from each side it did the job perfectly.

Good lightweight tool. Great grip. Reasonable with battery life. Great blade speed for cutting. As new leaves a clean square edge on most materials.

Great saw at a fair price. Another Quality DeWalt product. I think its great you can buy only the saw, without a charger, battery or case. Makes it more affordable. I have 2ah Battery fron anouther tool and the saw eats these, three eight foot cuts and will.need new battery. Best to get 5ah battery fou use with this saw. I do.like it and would buy again
base level circular saw, but was perfect for a set of shelves that needed building at home.
Very light and easy to set up, comes with the blade and takes the same XR battery as my other DeWalt products. The staff in the store were also fantastic, in and out in no time with a smile on my face. I would definitely recommend getting one of these if you are into your diy projects or even a tradesman as the quality seems really high. I would say it is very good value for money.
Great tool limited depth but for trimming doors ideal. Price from Toolstation is very good.
