Very useful multitool with trigger control variable speed, I purchased this tool as a second multitool to work along side a Fein saw but found it to be a much better unit for around a third of the price. The variable speed function from the trigger gives floorless control and slows for precision and given that there no cale to restrict you this is always the go to tool and the ability to use the huge flexvolt battery pack means you always have power to complete your cut. A first class tool and highly recommended

This is a fabulously useful tool. Already used to remove tiles and cut a neat access hole in plaster board. At this price it’s hard to fault.
This is a great bit of kit. Build quality as expected from Dewalt and an accessory kit with TSTAK carry case conveniently stores everything away. I purchased this product to tackle some cuts in MDF in hard to access areas and it worked a treat! Multi tool is of good weighted construction and feels robust in hand. A little disappointing that the price of product was discounted by a further 5% within 24 hours of purchase - but little can be done about this!
Yes it’s more expensive than others on the market but believe me it’s worth it. From the quick release to the inbuilt led and large capacity battery the DeWalt XR tool screams quality. I really like the variable speed by just pressing the trigger (no more wheel buttons). The tool slices through plasterboard, wood and even dense concrete blocks with ease. Highly recommended.

Well made item, light to handle and easy to use. Quick to charge with a long operation time. Not cheap but of a quality you would expect from Dewalt. A must for removing large areas of grout, which would otherwise be soul destroying.

Bought the Multi tool for one specific job and cannot believe how many other uses it has had. I do wish I had paid a bit more and bought the 3 speed version and my one criticism is the speed at which the Velcro on the sanding pads wears.
