So far as the actual unit goes it appears great, had a quick try and it performed well and I like the 3 year warranty available when you register the product on the Dewalt website. The promised next day delivery was another matter, Parcelforce are not a great delivery partner and managed to deliver the unit to the wrong end of the country and had to send it back to a central hub before sending out to branch again. Why anyone would use them as a preferred partner is beyond me... they always seem consistently bad at getting parcels to the right place first time.
I was quite surprised with this pressure washer. Cleaned down stone easily which has 7 years of staining on it. 2no 54v 9ah batteries gave me approximately 1hour working time. 4no gives you continuous working time. Very impressed
The jet washer has a superb pressure both as a standard and high speed jet pressure. The pulse jet is even higher. I have used this to clean cars and to scrub clean concrete flooring. Typically a pair of fire and power batteries lasts around 20 minutes at low power and 10 at high power. I then purchased 29 and power flex fault batteries (a little pricey but worth it) and these provided me with 40 minutes of second speed power sufficient to clean concrete. I have also used a tank supply, although the tube did need to be primed prior to being dropped into the water tank. The other issue was with the end of the tube it was in the water and it tended to float so I secured onto it some hexagon or nuts to provide the suitable weight so that it would draw water from the bottom of the tank. Once this was done, there was no problem with the unit. All in all I’m very pleased with the pressure washer.
Brilliant idea. But batteries don’t last. Long enough to complete even small tasks.
I think this is great just as good as a plug in with the 10 minute boost
More powerful than I thought only downside is the self prime once it’s primed it’s fine just takes a bit to get going
