I have used the Cuprinol Garden Shades range for some years and always find it completely consistent, good value and easy to apply. I use on picket fencing and outdoor storage (sentry hut and bin stores) and they always look amazing when painted with the Willow colour
Brilliant product, not the first time I've used it and it won't be the last. Does what it says on the tin, good value for money.
I bought this to cover last years fence which I’d painted Blue, while the planks sucked up the stain like a matelot on shore leave, the new colour almost disappeared, it’s taken 5-6 coats to actually look the part. As for stirring well prior to application, there didn’t actually appear to be any solids. So I’m disappointed in the amount of time, effort and stain expended, but pleased (finally) with the finished result.
Maybe you’ll have better luck on unstained surfaces…

This Cuprinol paint is spot on, great coverage even with the first coat, not as cheap as some but the quality is obvious, well worth the little extra!
