Cuprinol anti slip stain is good quality and looks great after applying 2 coats to that wasn't coated for some time
When I got the tin in hand, the colour on the tin and the label was far darker than the picture on the website. I took it back. Not Toolstation's fault, just the advertising provided by Cuprinol which is misleading
This paint peels after a short time and has not been reapplied 3 times within 4 months i would not buy this again and do not recommend it at all.
Don't worry if it goes on a dark grey colour, it turns to the dark brown it should be when drying.
Amazing product after pending for months I saw this at another diy shop for more money and Toolstation was less

Easy to apply and looks great with just two coats. Whilst is does darken after application, it's still dries a shade or two lighter than the sticker on the tin. Re the colour, it's vibrant and I love it. The key word is 'slate' - it has that bluey tint that you don't get in other natural dark greys. So if you have lots of traditional/natural browns and greys around it, it will stand out as opposed to blend in. However, it looks great against the gold/sand coloured shingle I've put alongside and around it. Can't yet comment on durability etc, as it's only been down for 3 days.
I bought a no nonsense stain from a competitor, but it was thin, watery and didn't last. The Cuprinol is thicker, goes on well, dries quickly and has excellent ant-slip qualities. It has only been down a couple of weeks, but it already seems to be doing its job very well. Highly recommended.

Great product, applied to tired decking pre stained deck and really lifted it. One coat looked great, second coat left a really excellent effect. Very good coverage and a dense colour finish. Very pleased. Quite quick drying too.
