Good stuff for worm and wet rot. Cheaper stuff is available but I believe this to be up there with the best
Good product, relatively low odor which helped when using inside a occupied house.
Its harder to rate something that in real life you want to last a very long time, but I/we have been using Cuprinol 5 Star for a very long time. I have tried others - I think this is the best of the bunch; it is more expensive but appears to be worth spending that bit more on.
I’ve used this product for many years and have always satisfied results, I treated my softwood windows and they lasted over 27 years only to be replaced because I could afford double glazing , excellent product,

Was supplied with out of date can of preservative. Job delayed, but girl on online phone number was helpful. New Can delivered on Monday to Cumbernauld Depot, waited till late in the day to collect as I did not receive collection text. Bad weather returned, so shall have to wait sometime to utilise the preservative. Job would have been completed had I received an in date can on the Saturday. Disappointed
It kills worms if you you treat wood with it, like it says on the tin
Great stuff. Use for all external wood jobs and it certainly holds back the advance of rot and mould. Highly recommend this as a premium treatment for all wood, especially outdoors. Easy to apply and clean able. Very impressed.

This says it does wet and dry rot as well as killing woodworm etc so I paid the extra for it. There is no way of telling unless you are willing to wait 20 years. The other cheaper products may do the same but I was unable to ascertain that. So pay the extra for the protection I guess.
Great stuff easy to apply, does the job protecting wood, I applied to joists that showed some signs of attack in the past but still sturdy a decent price and peace of mind that the problem is sorted long term.
