Delivered on the day they said and the delivery driver was very cheerful and helpful. Also had a good tracking tool so you could see when the delivery was getting close. This seems to be a good quality product and has a nice sliding action on the opener. Instructions (found on-line) are a bit generic but not too complicated for a competent DIY'er.
The internal steel frame is quite tough so ensure you have some good drill bits.
Got this mostly installed in an afternoon with a spare pair of hands to help balance, hold steady etc. Now just needs a bit of finishing off and some trim around the edges.
