Ordered 2 of these, came with sills to attach yourself - the sills were 35mm tall and easy to fit, the whole window came unglazed, the glazing was provided along with it in the delivery - easy enough to fit the glass, all the packers and trims came with it.. - really happy with the purchase, phoned crystal a few times for advice and they are very helpful... great stuff thanks!
