It really does seem to increase the pressure on a sluggish gravity shower, so much so that the spray found its way onto the bathroom floor the first time I used it! Note that the spray continues to flow for a few seconds after turning off. It would help if the head could be rotated without unscrewing it from the hose. But overall a great improvement on previous shower heads.
Very good buy it was just what we needed. Great product
I am very pleased with this shower handset. Small holes and small volume head gives excellent flow and spread froom a low head pressure.
I have a gravity mixer shower & I have tried all sorts of shower heads without success; until this one! This shower head works perfectly with my gravity system & delivers everything it promised
