Seat was good quality except for minor indentation where the cover and seat packing blocks had made contact. This was not visible until opened. Video for product was not relevant to the seat I purchased. It was far easier to fit than shown. "Next day" delivery took 3 days. Helpline did not give an explanation of "next day". 3 days with a broken toilet seats is not good.
Quality product, easily fitted and with an in-built no slip feature. The fittings are sturdy, it looks good and enhances the decor in the bathroom.
