Good quality toilet seat purchased for rent property. Easy to adjust and does move out of alignment once fitted.
This is a fairly solid toilet seat with a steady soft close. Its a little tricky to fit. Best to align it then tighten down to get the sticky side to adhere.
The Croydex Constance Thermoset seat is good quality, comfortable and very secure once in place.
Took me a long time to fit, I didn't find it easy and also once those pads are stuck down there's no way to adjust. Unless I wasn't doing it correctly which is always a possibility. I would recommend 2 pairs of hands when fitting this seat, one to hold the seat in place while the other sorts the fittings.
It is not as easy as the instructions say to position the seat in the correct place and, because it used sticky pads on the mounting pad, you cannot adjust the position once fitted

Great toilet seat which we fitted easily. Out of our comfort zone but straight forward.
I don't write reviews, but this is great. Comes complete with fixings for top or bottom. Genuinely non slip. Spring loaded spacers so the tacky pads don't touch anything until you tighten it into position. A spacer so the posts are the right distance apart if you fit them before attaching the seat. Instructions? You don't need them. This is the most obvious loo seat fix I have ever done. It isn't going to slip either.

Seems a quality product, easy fix once you read throgh the detailed instructions, very adjustable with helpful guide rail. Once fixed it stays in place. Worth the extra paid against the cheaper alternatives.

Ad per everything you buy to do a retro fit, the instructions for this product are not really clear. The single most important thing to get right is the positioning of the hinges that are attached by adhesive pads onto the toilet bowl. Get this wrong and it's curtains for your install as almost impossible to prize off without breaking. Other than that, it's okay.. Be warned about the instructions... not very comprehensive and simple to understand..
Bought this to replace an MDF soft close that I purchased last year that had started to delaminate.
Seems sturdy and perfect for my needs. DO NOT BUY THE MDF VERSIONS!
