I tried tightening the screw but to no avail. Returned it for a refund
Pleased with Product so far. I was looking for a horizontal screw fixing for existing holes so this did the job. Not as cheap as some but this did the job and was pretty sturdy. I would have given it 5 star but its only been installed a week.
I purchased this bracket to replace damaged bracket. I had to drill a new hole in the wall as the slot for fixing the new bracket is horizontal and the damaged bracket was vertical and there is no provision to rotate the bracket , apart from that the bracket which is plastic but finished in chrome looks fine and should last for years.
