Just works as supposed to work. Nothing else to say
Used to extend an existing soil pipe before adding a spigot bend. The plain end fits snugly over the pipe and the solvent socket is long enough to allow a bit of wriggle room. The spigot of the bend fitted well directly into the socket with the rubber seal. Just make sure to use some silicone grease to ease the insertion. (Detergent will cause the seal to become brittle over time.)
