Good quality mini cleats. Just used them to secure roman blind cords.
They are what they are, low cost cleats of a reasonable quality given the price.

Well made, a little small for what I was after but does the job well. How it will fare outdoors remains to be seen but looks a heavy chrome coating so should be OK.
