This versatile tool is designed to create complex bends and folds for a large variety of materials of varying thickness (1.5mm Aluminium, 1.0mm Mild Steel & 0.8mm Stainless Steel) and is fitted with adjustable clamping fingers, clamping pressure rod and a setback wheel, with adjustments increasing in 25mm increments from 25mm to 600mm. Finger sizes include 1x 25mm, 1 x 51mm, 1 x 76mm 1 x 204mm and 1 x 254mm. This gives you complete control over the metal working process whilst the 4 mounting holes allow for folder to be mounted to a bench for increased stability during operation. The Clarke CBPF1 has the capacity to bend and fold material with a width of 600mm up to a 135° angle. The long handles provide increased leverage to minimise the effort required to use the product, and the robust steel construction ensures a long working life. The 5 removable clamping fingers are precision machined and ground from high carbon steel to increase strength and reduce the risk of damage, whilst the bed and beam are adjustable for alignment fore and aft and fitted with 2 independent cam action levers.
