The fixing screws were missing from the plastic package which was split.
Good coat hook. Easy to install. Minimal packaging which was good.
These are nicely finished items however the hook style is not the same on the 6 hook and 4 hook array. The wooden mounts are identical but the hooks themselves different ! Cant imagine why. Just means you cant arrange them side by side if youre looking for an exact match !
The item itself is good value for the money. 3 stars because the packaging was a bit careless, and the corners got a little scuffed and a hook slightly bent. I've straightened it out and can life with the small scuffs this time. But the packaging needs to be sorted better.
Fit for purpose. But you definitely need longer screws and bigger plugs which are not provided.
