Product is sturdy however the screws are small but the service and staff very knowledgeable
They have a nice action, slide in and out easily. Comes with the required screws.
The plate that goes on the door frame was smaller than pictured. I especially bought this item as one I had bought elsewhere also had a smaller plate.
Total waste of money. False advertising.

Replacement lock for downstairs toilet. Was a built in lock system within handle but kept sticking finally it stuck and wouldn't move. As the door opened outwards had to find a safe alternative and this fitted the bill 100%, unfortunately at some point will need new door as had to dismantle old lock system, but at least the door now opens. Looks as though the door was never hung correctly in the beginning as it has always been a problem.
