These boots truly are water-proof in my experience - this is my third pair.
Very comfortable for all day wear, and the cheapest I've found them is here at Toolstation.
Although they don't last very long, it seems to me, but that may just be an impression, I don't recall my dates of purchase of the others.
I'd still recommend them if you're going to be working in them all day everyday.
