Lid hinges wonky that it looked like we had fitted to the wall on a slope. Waiting to hear back about returning. This is a manufacturing issue with this one/batch as ordered the same postbox and is perfectly fine. Finding the rain is getting into the new fitted postbox and had wet post too
Good quality, sturdy easy to fit and secure, just what I needed.
Although the box looked ideal and sturdy, it did not have the fittings to mount it onto a metal gate, although the website description said it can be gate-mounted. Despite this, Toolbox responded promptly to collect the postbox and offer a refund.
