Excellent product, leak free and more durable that similar plastic fittings
For the money why buy plastic that will break. These will last.
Replaced leaking plastic fittings with this brass set, used PTFE tape just to be sure, no leaks. Would recommend these over the plastic type fittings. One female connector has a water stop which isn’t recommended when using pressure washers, just to be aware of that.
The set was the perfect addition to the new garden hose that I purchased; now installed and satisfactorily used

I have found these brass fittings to be very good. They do not leak, unlike the plastic ones they replaced. They are marginally more expensive but so much better.
All seems good quality when fitted from the box, hopefully will serve well.
I bought it based on the reviews, almost all of which were 5 stars, but mine only lasted about 3 weeks of use and broke when I was trying to hold the hose in. This explains why it doesn't have a brand.
Compatible with usual plastic fittings but more reliable and possibly cheaper. What's not to like
I bought them to replace a plastic fittings on my hose, and haven't looked back since. They are have a stronger hold, as nothing is more annoying when you're trying to use your hose than slow leak from the fitting. Don't get me wrong you will still get them but not as often as the plastic fittings. It also won't crack if you accidentally step onto it, and nozzle won't chip if you "accidentally" drop on the floor.
Bit stiff when first used but should loosen up in time. Easy to attach to hose.
Great fittings made to last better than cheap plastic ones spend a couple of quid more

I jumped the gun and went to collect this from Alder Road, Poole, Dorset BEFORE getting a text to say that it was ready. Your computer said there were two in stock, but the assistant just couldn’t find them anywhere, probably misfiled, and the queue was building up behind me…it was a Monday morning! No matter, he persevered, was very courteous and he found an alternative which suited me. Well done Toolstation for choosing such nice staff. Keep it up. I’ll be back!
