With its integrated pocket clip and robust, compact design, the Bosch Professional GVD 1000-17 voltage tester is ideal for portable jobsite use. It is designed to detect the presence of live voltage without having to contact the test area, and has a traffic light LED indicator as well as audio and vibration alerts. Offering a dual voltage detection range from 24v to 1000v as well as high sensitivity for the 24v range, the voltage tester can be applied in a range of environments. It features an automatic self-test, performed at power-up and every 5 seconds during use, in order to ensure continuous safety as well as proper functioning. The tool features a built-in flashlight and is powered by standard AAA batteries. The IP67 rated housing is designed for protection against dusts and liquids while the rubberised overmoulding provides impact protection against accidental drops from heights of up to 2 metres.
