However, while the primary purpose of a spirit level is to ensure surfaces are perfectly straight, the GIM 60 has been designed to measure tilts, slops, angles with precision. With a small internal memory for you see the measurements taken, it will display in degrees, percent or millimetresmetres. For added benefit, not only will measured values automatically turn on the display when working overhead, but the level includes direction arrows and audible signals at 0 and 90 for easy alignment.
