Bosch developed the GHO 18V-26 Professional planer to ensure perfectly flat surfaces. We achieved this thanks to the high-precision alignment of the aluminium base and the depth adjustment plate. The planer with brushless motor comes with a one-blade head that enables a very fast and easy blade change. The Wood Razor blade allows 3 times more cuts before it loses its sharpness, compared to previous Bosch Wood Razor blades. Handling the tool is very convenient and comfortable thanks to dual chip ejection left or right, you can use either side to secure the vacuum cleaner hose or eject wood chips. The GHO 18V-26 Professional is suitable for adjusting, planing, and flattening wooden beams and other wooden parts. Its main applications are square planing, rebating, door-fitting, and chamfering edges. Your materials are hardwood, soft wood, chipboard, particle board, and MDF. It is compatible with all 82 mm Wood Razor blades, all existing Bosch Professional GHO dust bags, and all Bosch Professional dust extractors via the universal hose sleeve. It has a motor brake that stops the blade drum in less than a second, an increased battery run time thanks to its one-blade head system, and 3 different chamfer grooves. It also comes with a chip bag and a parallel guide. A constant electronic feature maintains the cutting speed when the tool comes under load.
