Lifesaver! Had new French doors fitted, but when opened they hit the frame of our pergola. 4 of these, a length of 3x3 fence post and some sawing and I can now open my doors. Recommended!
Bought this to erect a hand rail up a couple of steps for a customer. Rather than break up the concrete slabs and concrete in the posts I used a couple of these with some Shield anchor bolts. M8 10x 55mm and they worked a treat.
Backed off the adjustable bolts, dropped in the post, with a gentle tap and then tightened up the adjustable bolts on the shoe. Post was solid and suitable to carry a handrail.

Does what it says on the label. It would be useful to publish the size bolts that fit and the spanner required to tighten, however I found that I had the right ones.

Check the shoe when they bring it to you, I didn’t and one corner was bent out of shape when I came to fix it in place. Too far to be messing around taking it back to Toolstation!

A good sturdy base for posts but is critical to make sure of a good fixing in the base.

Used dozens of these in a playground fence project. worked absolutely spot on. Recommend using an impact socket to really clamp the post into the shoe.
