I bought this cement for drying in a reasonably quick time (mind that the two options offered for this cement do not dry in the same time, one is given for 20-30 min, the other one in 10-15 - I had the 30min one)) and for setting under water, as I was replacing some concrete blocks in a leaking water gutter along the alley.
Because of the quick setting time, using the bucket in two successive batches proved to be a good idea.
Although I respected the proportion between cement and water, the mortar turned out very dry and sandy, and left me wondering during if it was going to work. Because of the very thick consistency, it was difficult to feed the mortar in the gap between the blocks. But the result was fine and one week later it seems sturdy.
So technically it worked, but I rate 4 stars instead of 5 because I did not find the product as easy to work as I expected, by lack of fluidity. However I would buy it again.
Great product. Does what it says. Needed to stop rain and damp coming into a ground level hole that had opened up.

Very handy to use. Mixed well in a bucket half at a time. Good quality cement mix and strong enough for my needs around our property. Used it for pointing and filling.

Bought it to refit some loose paving stones - easy to use and sets very quickly.
This is setting far too fast, it's very gritty and very dry when you mix it as specified on the packaging. You'd have to move fast and really squeeze it into the right shape. I had to redo what I wanted to do with a normal concrete mix in order to get a neat smooth finish and just had to keep everyone off it for 24 hours. So the quick set is not great unless you really really know how to use it.
Very quick drying in about 20 minutes to nearly being set
Easy to use, even by a novice like me. It dries ridiculously fast so be sure to add anough water and hsve a suitable stirrer. Be sure the job is ready to go straight away.

Does the trick in a pinch, only thing to mention is you have about 2 minutes to apply the cement before it starts to cure, so make sure you have EVERYTHING set before you add water.

Needed to create a small concrete step in the garden, to replace a wooden step that had rotted away. With instructions on the side, the Blue Hawk cement was easy to use by this amateur builder, perfect viscosity for the job in hand. Set quickly, and looks great. Good for years to come.
Decent enough mortar and cheap for a little job enough to fill a hole
