It's a bolt, it works as you'd expect. The screws it came with are useless, so soft they stripped as I was putting them in. They were also very short, one good jolt and they'd pull right out.

Good simple black bolt nothing special but does a simple job for light security.
When something is sold as a next day item, I rely on it. Otherwise the job doesn't get finished and I don't get paid. So that's the last time I fall for that promise. It's either on the shelf or I look somewhere else.
On-line catalogue states fixings not supplied. But the jap blacked screws are included withing the packaging. The paint is a good covering and the bolt is a good quality polished zinc so I anticipate they will last well in an exposed position.
decent size to fit on a gate & post ,fairly good price. however fit it on a flat surface it has 6 holes put screws (Supplied) in each hole tightened up. couldn't move the bolt ,had to slacken off the centre ones.it now works ok. the actual bolt inside looked slightly twisted.
It does what its designed to do. A decent price. straight forward tested design.

The bolt dit what it said on the can, the actual quality wasn't very good, I could not use the screws as som of them didn't have a slot in them but I soon had some of my own. Other wise the bolt did the job. (Rough and ready and the price was right)

Bolt is pretty standard quality. Tried Philips & Pozi of various sizes, impact driver bits and hand tools and nothing would fit the screw heads snugly enough to tighten them. Had to discard screws and replace them.
