Used for sanding spindles and rails around decking area. Small, light and did the job well.
Comfortable in the palm of your hand, will reach easily into an internal acute angle of 45°. Long enough cable to be trouble free on a bench. Dust extraction port makes this relatively dust free. Great value for money
This is great to have in your tool box etc, easily to use and with a pointed front and good to get into corner. Pads are quick to change, different grades to use to help sanding down.
Works well but had an add on missing, but I did not need it.
Excellent did the job I wanted very well. A cordless wouldn’t get into the spaces or corners and was more expensive so this one was very good all round. Got down to the name to submit the review and annoyingly the system says my name has already been taken so I've put some zeros after the name.
It has enough power but the dust extraction pipe is too short. It makes it difficult to use. I abandoned it after 10 minutes. I used the sander for about 45 minutes and it feels like the velcro is starting to lose its grip already as well as the edge starting to lift up. Not impressed overall.
Great little sander and so inexpensive. Same price as a main course in a restaurant.
It's a good little sander does what it says there are cheaper ones but black and decker is a good name

All started well but after only a few weeks using it the base plate became detached from the actual unit making it unusable. Very poor

Very good mouse sander would recommend buying the more hard wearing paper it was extremely effective at removing paint for stairs impossible to do by hand would take year without power sander I did as much in 3.5 hours as I did in 3 days by hand .
The B&W 55W Detail sander can shimmy with the best of them, however I couldn't attach any of the three vacume hoses we have. So had a mess to clean up.

Brilliant so easy to use and gets into the corners
Great little sander that’s light and easy to use. No harsh vibrations when in operation and it can fit into tricky corners. I bought it for skirting boards and the staircase and it worked really well. Not expensive to buy and additional grades of sanding pads are really cheap too if you need some.
