Switch working well but couldn't undo screws for wiring as far too tight. Thanks to Mason at New Malden he replaced it immediately and undid the screws for me. Great service.
Excellent finish and action. The only mark down is minor. It’s a very deep switch, needing full depth back box, so couldn’t be used in all locations. It’s clear that the back mechanism could’ve been designed flatter, rather than deeper (like most dimmers are) which would’ve made these more versatile units.
Good switch, looks good with no screws to spoil the appearance of the plate. Easy to fit and works as it should. We have four in the house and all are fine.

Would be good to have known ahead of time that it doesn’t run LED bulbs and the switch dimensions as I needed a shallow transformer on the rear. If I’d know the dimensions I wouldn’t have bought it. More details will help the person to make the right choice
