The plug is offset to the cable exit, which isn't ideal for thick power cables. It states it is fine for use with car chargers, however the car charger plugs generally won't go all the way in as the foul on lip to support the cover. Also, car charge cables are thick, so you won't be able to close the cover even if the plug did go all the way in.
The outdoor socket seems well made. Easy to install and does the job

I’ve fitted several of this kind of socket recently and can honestly say this one is the easiest to install out of several other makes. Plenty of room for wiring or terminal blocks if needed.

Good ip65 13amp single socket only problem is if you use 4 fixings and the wall is not level it distorts and you cant bolt together
