Pretty poor all round I presume the mixer was made/machined badly drum wouldn’t go onto the spindle shaft and in case it was me I took it back to toolstation who confirmed it was a problem and rather than help me they left me to take it apart and get it back in the box whilst I was in there carpark then they couldn’t swap it or get one in but they could find out if a different branch had one and I would need to go and get it!!! Crazy really when none of this was down to me yet I was the one being inconvenienced??!!

Major downside very unstable unless ground is flat and level as has a small narrow feet if not on stand
Five days after next day delivery and still hasn't turned up! Over an hour on hold on the phone to be promised a call back which didn't happen.still no clue what's happening or where my mixer is.tracking doesn't work and customer service is non existent!! Absolute shambles,shop somewhere else,this system doesn't work
Using this for a patio project and it works perfectly.
Good solid cement mixer.
Bit fiddly to assemble with some alignment issues, but once up and running it has certainly earned its keep.

Good quality escutcheons. Ridiculas size of packaging, complete waste of an envalope.
Excellent mixer with direct drive (no belts). Mixes loads well. Pretty easy to assemble. Pours out nicely. Needs a flat stable surface to mix on.
This fixing was TOP NOTCH. Did the bisness.

Mixer is great and service was good but only got it there as no other shop had one and definitely paid more because of that!
It’s big, it’s orange, it goes around and around. Can’t ask for anything more really. The only disappointment is that it doesn’t make good cakes
Altrad belle mini mix 130 used it today to mix ballast and cement for a 10x6 feet shed base . Brilliant bit of kit . Mixed at ease . 5 star plus , also cheapest around .
Great product, easy to assemble and operate and move around.
