Diverter valve was faulty from removing the boiler from the box and applying power. A Baxi Engineer had to be called out and he replaced the diverter valve. This issue caused the central heating and hot water to be switched off overnight until the Baxi engineer could attend the next day. Very dissapointing to have such a major failure from a product which is factory tested. The serial number test date showed that the boiler had been sat on a shelf for 7 months, so not sure whether this could have been a Baxi or Toolstation issue.
