This is amazing stuff - it removes deeply and thoroughly! We had several layers of old paint to remove from a door frame and it worked very well!
Worked well. Three operations, two within half-hour, third on second day. Removed several layers of paint, sixty year old house, leaving original softwood window boards and handrail very clean.
I am old enough to remember when paint stripper was really good and you had to handle it carefully. This Panther stripper is a shadow of earlier paint strippers and this will entirely be due to health and safety.
the product really underperformed, i had a water damaged area which i used this to try remove the parts of paint that were still in the wall and it didnt help at all
Top job.. just what I needed for strip back my oak doors!
Strips and softens paint but needs 2 coats as we found 2 more coats of paint underneath!!
Paint stripper does exactly what it says on the tin worked on my patio slabs to get paint off it
Nowhere as good as the Nitromors I have used in the past. I suspect the chemical makeup is a lot different. I tried multiple coats but had to resort to my heat gun in the end.
I used this product to remove the remaining areas of floor varnish from our old parquet floor after I had sanded it. It was quick acting and worked a treat. No obvious smell either!
Followed the instructions carefully. But after four coats and cleaning still no success but maybe because the banister had four coats of paint on it.
Not a good product compared to Nitronox
Works well on really old paint that heat gun wouldn’t shift. Takes several coats but works in the end
Used to remove old dark woodstain. Good compared to some other removers I have tried,e.g. Eco Home Strip Paint & Varnish Remover. Although, I had to use two or three coats, in some parts.
Good product, fast and efficient at removing paint.
Love Toolstation - its ACE - but this product is PONY ! Does NOT do what it says on the Tin.
Great priduct, loosened the paint in minutes without any damage to the underlying soft metal even in tricky areas
Quick and easy to use. I used to strip years if varnish from an internal door and it removed it all with one application.
Used it to remove paint from my deck.
It left the paint somewhat sticky but very hard to remove. I used a scraper and powder wash with limited success.
Works well on removing varnish on an oak staircase
Brought this to remove Bitumen from a wall, wasn’t sure it would do the job as Bitumen is tough to remove, it took 3/4 coats to do, and plenty of elbow grease, but, it did the job. Keep plenty of rags as removing that type of product needs constant wiping.
Rather slow, but works.................................
