My 2 year old Honda mower was hunting especially on idle. Checked all usual things fuel, plug, air filter…all OK
Looked online and saw you tube vid on mechanic in a bottle.
Did not think it would work…poured 2 capfuls into tank ran it for 15 minutes…hunting gone…can’t believe it
Annoyed that toolstation unable to deliver stock from stores or deliver to my local shop, so had to travel from kendal to Skipton taking several hours and miles away from my otherwise dull day when I could have been codgering doing nothing in particular. So come on toolstation get your stock sorted

Great product, I use it on my petrol mower that would hunt (revs go up and down).
One shot sorted it out so I use this with every tank and would highly recommend this product but it’s hard to get hold of for some reason in the UK

I was very sceptical but thought why not give it a try.My motorbike had a little hesitation while pulling away also when revved up there was a little black smoke leaving the exhaust.Put additive in run for 15minutes on tickover.The engine idles better and no more black smoke when reved hard.Just need to do a final road test

I made the rookie error of leaving fuel in my 2 stroke hedge trimmer over winter with the expected result that it wouldn’t run properly when I came to use it in the spring, although it would start and idle it would cut out as soon as any load was put through it. My local garden machine repair shop told me that they couldn’t get parts for my trimmer so repair wasn’t an option. I looked for carb cleaner and this product came up with good reviews so thought I’d give it a whirl. I followed the instructions for engine not starting even though it was, left it over night, started it the next morning and let it idle for 20 mins and after that it was running good as new. Well chuffed. And valuable lesson learnt

This stuff is absolutely fantastic, as a long retired mechanic I was very sceptical about using it. I have a motorcycle that has been stood since last July, drained the tank and carbs added this magical liquid to the tank and fresh fuel. She coughed and spluttered and away it went. Absolutely amazing.
Really impressed with how well this worked. My motorbike has been sat for several years, and when it last run it was misfiring and stalling. Followed the instructions on the bottle, fired it up, and within 15 mins, it was running spot on. Highly recommended.
This product does help with clearing carb jets if used for some time in the fuel.
It Actually Worked .. Chainsaw Wouldnt Idle. Drained Fuel, Put Half The Bottle In, Primed It. Left In My Van For 2 Weeks (longer than they say). Fuelled Up Runs Great Now.
Work for me helped getting a yamaha xv535 going got better as it got going. Also put some in other bikes just in case of more blockages.
Pull the starter cord 10 times then leave it overnight…. It then runs like new
Done what it said. 2 stoke disc cutter that had not been started for over 6 years. Treated once and it started after a few pulls
Good stuff . Took a couple of tank fulls of fuel , but it worked !
