I bought this to replace a similar socket which had failed after many years of use. Swapped it over fine but when I tried to replace into the socket box it would not sit flush. It seemed the back housing was bigger top to bottom and was catching on the box screw lugs. Eventually with a bit of "ferkleing" it eased in but beware a two minute job became 10 minutes.
I needed to replace a damaged wall socket and bought this one. It has now been fitted and has done the job I wanted.

Good quality 2 gang socket for a budget price, only at Toolstation of course!
Socket looks slick and was easy to install.

Very good in most respects, atractive, slim, easy and logical to connect, only criticism there are mouldings sticking out high at the top, sometimes making it awkward to get back when plaster not perfect.
