Looks quite good and comes with plugs to hide the screws. Unfortunately you have to be very careful that your socket does not poke too much out of the wall, otherwise this might end up not being level with the socket wall either.

Great but watch out for shallow back boxes as you need the shortest screws possible to get it back to the wall.
Used 3 of these for a socket heavy house! Didnt fully fit over a universal plug socket. Had to neaten the edges to match up to the covers.

Nice and white, but the one thing that annoys is the grommets to hide the screws are a different shade and appear as greyer dots rather than a seamless cover.
It is a single outlet blanking plate, does what it does.
