This front blanking plate worked well for me, may be worth noting it does not come with the mounting screws.

Cheap and cheerful, does the job. Don’t over tighten fixing screws, plastic actuation a bit thin, just be careful and it will be fine.
Blanks out a 2gang socket box no longer required, square edge to match exisitng
it's a blanking plate ...use it as one ... it blanks over a socket... job done!!!
For something that is supposed to be flat, white, strong, with two holes and a couple of matching screws.it certainly seems to tick all the boxes. What's more to say?
