I had two delivers today, one is bent, both the handles are stuck on with tape and have fallen off and one is locked so can’t be used! Both will be returned and I will buy van vault that are better quality.
This is a very well made and constructed drawer/tool safe.
There’s only one let down and that’s the fixing kit that’s sold separately and they include the retaining bolts that the instructions mislead you into believing are already in position.
They instruct you it’s delivered ready to roll but without the bolts the drawer just keeps coming out.Due to the weight it’s quite dangerous.
If they correct this I would up it to a 5* item
I ordered a trekdror safe for the van and unfortunately the first one turned up damaged by the delivery company. Not toolstation fault and they were more than happy to accept it as a return or a replacement. Took it to my local store and asked for a replacement, the staff were more than happy to help and even suggested I get it delivered to store then it can be check for damage there and then on collection. New item turned up in new condition and in the van. Great service from york toolstation
Solid, well made, will probably buy the large trek dror as well
Nice storage seems strong and sturdy. However inside the draw the side walls buckle in towards the centre I believe so you can fit dividers in, so the draw is more narrow on the inside. And the unit is a little too short to fit a standard tool Box.
