I don't know how much of a review i can give, i stay in the middle. The order arrive to my doors with a crack on the pan. Have contacted chat service line, in the waiting game fo the supplier to contact, The packaging could have been little more rigid tough to hold around 40kg of Toilet. I like the brand and have one similar at home. Bought again because of the simple process not too technical and reliability lasting long.
