I’ve messed around with, pick up go toilets from the big DIY stores before. Never again, this loo was sheer quality, will last a lifetime, suitable for commercial use too. A delight to fit, highly recommended. Well done Toolstation, a good choice for your products for sale.
For the price it's great. It's not going to get a design award but easy enough to fit. Delivery on a pallet was good. Exactly what I needed for a warehouse toilet.
Great little loo, just what we needed! Both the instructions that come with the product and the ones online don’t match up to fitting the product in situ but it’s a straight forward fitting job so no real drama

It would be easier if the toilet could be delivered to a local store to pick up, instead of having it delivered to your property.
Toilet didn't come with soft close seat and the valve was faulty so I had to return and change the valve.
Appalling service !!! product arrived with a hairline crack, which wasn’t apparent until it had been fitted now have a leaking toilet have waited three days for information about replacement and still no one has got back to me. I have contacted three times now.
Easy to fit, however the L shaped wall fixing brackets did not match those shown in the instructions. They were only pre drilled on one arm, fixing to the wall using the drilled arm meant the longer arm was out from the wall, this meant it stuck out out past the water inlet. Cut both brackets down to get the cistern fitted. Works nicely
Good quality, easily fitted and delivered on a pallet on time and in good condition.
Quality product delivered when required for the right price. We needed a low level WC as a direct replacement for an existing damaged one.
