Screw fixing poorly attached to head - very inconsistant manufacture & finish
The hammered effect dimples are much deeper than the photo but overall will do the job.
Great addition to finish the garden gate. Good price easy to fit!
Great product, fast delivery, from a great shop couldn't ask for more
I installed approximately 160 of these decorative studs to both sides of our wooden entrance gates. The gates have now lost their modern look and are now more in keeping with our Tudor style house.
The 22mm stud size seems about right for these large gates, however I shall probably try using their smaller studs on our front door.
Some of the studs could not be screwed flush as some of the integral screw fixings were cast a little wonky!
Generally pleased with quality, price and the fast next day delivery to my local Toolstation branch
Needed two for a Tudor door and these did not disappoint
Solid studs, no problems fitting, looks great on the wooden front door
Lovely quality items that are heavy and well made
These studs really give an authentic aged appearance to timber structures
Didn’t think I could still get these, so we’ll done Toolstation for stocking “everything”
Brilliant quality studs. Needed to replace studs on outside house beams which had been 'lost' over the years. Did the job perfectly. Highly recommended.
Excellent product makes new doir look old
Replaced old ones as such good value
These door studs look really good on my new man cave I'm building, I used old previously used timber for the doors with other black antique iron bits and it looks Great.
Perfect for the purpose required
JUST THE JOB PERFECT AND DELIVERED
No problem with the product but I don't know why you would want multiples of 5. Each store does not stock many packs, then batching consistency becomes an issue. I wanted over 30 for a large gate. Some studs had varying degrees of 'dimpling' in the cast. I ended up getting what I wanted from 3 stores on click and collect.
Beats removing, cleaning, scraping and repainting original then replacing.
These studs are just the job for tudor look. some of the heads were slightly bent but you can straighten the stud by putting in vice
Bought these to replace some missing decorative studs for a front door. They have screw fittings on the reverse to attach to the door , none of which are straight (I’ll have to cut them off and glue them). Cheap to buy and it shows.
