I’ve not used that much foil tape before, my previous experience was with the own brand stuff from another similar shop. Whilst I found that stuff ok this is much better, this is stickier and much more resistant to damage on the roll and tearing when being unrolled, the main reason for all of this is because this has a backing paper. The backing paper allows for a much more accurate and less stressful installation.
Very pleased that I went with this over the stuff that I had previously used, in some cases the backing paper could make installation slower and be a hindrance but on the whole I this is better product and will definitely use again.

The product works a treat, easy to peel off the backing protection tape once you find the peelable edge! Its super sticky so sticks to anything including itself so don't let it roll over when you take it off the backing tape!!
I know that it’s not what it’s made for but, I used it to cover rusty garden chairs and they look a treat!
Use on kingspan all the time, great for taping over timber joists onto the kingspan
Does what i expected its aluminium foil in tape form but one big drawback its paper backed so you need to pull rhe paper back off as you apply the tape, got a similer one no backing went on fine this one mamaged to cut myself three times whilst removing thr backing paper
Used to cover over a scorched/blackened area on the worktop upstand behind the gas hob in the galley of our shared ownership, narrowboat - gave a nice neat finish.
This product is excellent for taping PIR insulation boards together. The backing paper can be a bit tricky to separate (as expected with this type of tape), but overall, this was the best and cheapest offer available. The quality seems good so far too.

Good for the purpose. It sticks and removing the backing paper is not too troublesome.

Great aluminium foil tape strong easy to cut backing paper easy to peel off strong adhesive sticks to steel and plastic sheeting with no issues stopped minor leaks into a steel shed roof 3 great sizes would recommend
It's better than the Diall tape, but it doesn't stick to itself so well, which is annoying for anywhere with overlaps. It's also very thin making it fiddly to get the paper back off.
