Fan looks is nice sutter function prevent to draft to come in when fan is off . Every thing is good except the noisy.
The ICON extractor fan blocks all the draughts when it is not operating. Simple to install with an adjustable timer. Must be installed on a flat surface and the exhaust duct must be perpendicular.
Bought to replace an earlier version of the ICON 15. The mounting holes are still the same so it was a simple job to replace the old one with the new replacement. The new one is quieter than the one it replaced, looks like there have been improvements to the motor housing design. Existing timer module swapped to the replacement without a problem
Bought to replace same after about 8 years daily use, it was tripping circuit breaker. I was able to transfer the timer module thus saving a few quid. This time I’ll set a run time of 15 rather than 30 minutes so hopefully I’ll get twice the life from this one! These are well made and effective fans.
Love the icon15! Looks funky and runs very quiet! My favorite feature is that when closed, your home is not loosing and wasting expensive warm air, as it would with a standard not shutting type extraction fan!
Excellent fans, especially good with modules. Eradicates unwanted fan activation until required i.e. high humidity (shower/bath) or manual with pyll string, timer stops it running too long.
Longevity of these fans is good, measured in years, certainly +5 years to be expected from them.
Nice and Quiet and unobtrusive due to shape, easy to fit.
This is a direct replacement for an ICON15 which had finally failed after 15 years of daily use. The fan became noisy over a period of several months, suspected bearing failure, and then suddenly stopped working.
A 15 year lifespan seems pretty good to me, so it was a no-brainer to replace it like for like.

These are a really nice fan. Only downside is the cost.
Quite a lot of vibration on initially fitting it and only two holes with which to secure it. this was easily remedied by putting a bit of padding between the extractor fan body and the ceiling but I shouldn’t have needed to do this. So far works very nicely definitely effectively extracting air. Also looks appealing.
Excellent, very easy to install. Replaced old one that lasted nearly 14years and this one seems better and more powerful. Definitely recommend.

Nice looking fan, easy to install bonus with shutter stopping drafts when not in use. Also helpful that it can be upgraded for different uses.
