A left hand threaded hose tail is needed of the correct internal diameter of the hose used that is not included with this regulator.

The regulator was not as rugged as the photo but worked as exspected. It was easily modified to attach to a CO2 cylinder for a mig welder.
Bought because my boss told me he needed them.... They were the wrong fittings for the job at that time, but will be used on another job.
